• Users may access Google services through Hybrid Connect (such as Gmail and Google Calendar) only after providing explicit OAuth consent.
• Hybrid Connect uses Google APIs to:

        Send emails on behalf of users through Gmail

        Read Gmail messages (read-only) to detect replies and associate them with client interactions

        Create, read, and manage events in Google Calendar

• Data accessed through Google APIs is used solely to support user-initiated actions, including communication tracking, compliance requirements, and platform performance improvements. We do not use or share this data for advertising or unrelated analytics.
• All data is transmitted securely and stored using industry-standard security measures, including encryption, access control, and audit logging.
• Hybrid Connect does not permanently store email content unless explicitly saved as part of a client record by the user.
• Employees of Hybrid Financial Ltd. are trained to handle data securely and only access user data when necessary for support or compliance.
• We may disclose data to third parties only as required by law, such as to regulators or law enforcement.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Hybrid Connect complies with applicable laws and internal policies.
